Ordering and making times
Are your crochet baskets handmade?
Yes. Our crochet Moses baskets, changing baskets, nappy caddies and storage baskets are hand-crocheted, so every piece is individually made and beautifully unique.
How long does a made-to-order item take?
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for handmade-to-order items to be made before they are dispatched. The expected time is shown on each product page. If you need something sooner, take a look at our ready to dispatch collection.
Which colours can I choose?
You can see every colour on our colour chart. Each product page also shows the colours available for that item.
What is the difference between Waistcoat Stitch and Infinity Stitch?
Waistcoat Stitch has a classic, structured look. Infinity Stitch has a softer, modern woven texture. Both are available on our crochet baskets and nappy caddies.

What size are your crochet Moses baskets?
Our crochet Moses baskets are generously sized at 75 x 36cm, and our Luxury Bamboo Mattress (UK made) is designed to fit them perfectly.
How long can my baby use a Moses basket?
Our Moses baskets are suitable from birth up to 9kg, or until your baby starts rolling or sitting, whichever comes first.
How do I use a Moses basket safely?
- Always place it on a flat, dry surface or its stand
- Never carry your baby in the basket
- Always supervise your baby during use

Changing baskets and liners
Which changing basket size should I choose?
The standard changing basket is 75 x 28cm. It fits neatly on top of a chest of drawers or on a rocking stand. The large size is 75 x 36cm for extra wiggle room. It fits on a chest of drawers, but is not compatible with a rocking stand.
Do I need a liner?
Our waterproof changing basket liners sit inside the basket and protect it from spills and little accidents. They come in standard and large to match your basket, with a supportive foam insert and a zip at the back so the cover can be removed.
How do I clean the changing mats?
Our changing mats and wedge mats are waterproof and wipe clean. Wipe with water only, and do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.95, and free on orders of £100 or more. We use Parcelforce's tracked 48 Hour service, and a signature is needed on delivery. See our delivery information for full details.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Unused items in their original condition with labels attached can be returned. Made-to-order crochet Moses baskets, changing baskets and nappy caddies, boucle and plush cribs, and personalised items are non-refundable. Please read our refund policy before sending anything back, and get in touch through our contact form first with your order number.
